Our Management Team
Our management and team of expertise are very competent young dynamic and in their professional prime. The team is made up of Ghanaian professionals and associated expatriate staffs, trained and worked in the United States of America, Europe and Africa, in their respective fields of Energy & Power, Banking, Mining & Construction, Telecommunication, Environment Assessment, Management information systems, Project management, Project Monitoring & Evaluation and General Consultancy industries.
Our team of advisers and professional are well welded into a dynamic multi-disciplinary unit, with the capacity to produce timely and innovative but practical solutions to complex project development, project management, environmental Impact assessment, corporate/financial problems and/or issues.

Robert Kwame Nartey
(Founder & Chief Executive)
Mr. Nartey has over thirty years working experience; working as business development manager, corporate financier, independent consultant and investment adviser for well-established corporations and institutions in Ghana and Europe. He has valuable expertise in the areas of: business development, project financing & management, corporate & financial restructuring and management information systems.
He until recently worked as the Country Manager of HSBC Bank Plc, UK, based in Accra - Ghana and responsible for Ghana, Sierra Leone, The Gambia and Liberia.
He has also worked for companies like: The CDH Group (Investment Bankers), Accra, Cal Merchant Bank, Empretec Ghana, Dow Chemicals (the Benelux), Span Consultants (Holland), Volta Aluminium Company (VALCO, Tema), Volta River Authority (Accra) and Billiton Bogosu Gold (Bogosu), Gbewaa Civil Engineers Limited (engineering & consulting company, Accra).
He was a member of a team of consultants, working as external consultants advising the Government of Ghana/State Enterprises Commission (SEC) on a World Bank-sponsored project on the pre-divestiture study, financial restructuring and re-capitalization, as well as strengthening of management information needs, of selected State Owned Enterprises (SOE’s). He has lectured at the National Banking College of Ghana, Accra (as a visiting lecturer on loan documentation and lending procedures); and as a guest lecture for the ODA/Ministry of Health Capacity Building Training Programme for In-charge Accountants at the various regional centers’ in Ghana (lecture on managing people, time and money).
Mr. Nartey is computer literate and speaks and writes fluent English and German. He holds a BSc. & MSc. degree in structural engineering from the Technische Universitat, Dresden-Germany, as well as a combined degree Program awarding a Masters in Business Administration (MBA-Corporate Finance & Strategic Planning) with a Masters in Business Informatics (MBI), from Rotterdam School of Management, Rotterdam, Holland and the Business School of University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA.

Philip Danso-Abeam
(Accounting & Financial Systems Expert)
Mr. Danso-Abeam has since 1996 acquired first hand practical experience in financial and general management consultancy. He has expertise in turning around businesses facing acute financial and general business problems of course with adequate moral and logistical support from business promoters and owners. Philip’s unique advantage as a professional manager is that he had worked with various business concerns with diverse interests. Philip has an in-depth experience in Business Policy Formulation, Planning and Implementation; Financial & Management Restructuring; Modelling of Financial & Corporate Plans for Investment Appraisal & Evaluation; Corporate Debt, Cash Flow & Funds Management; Financial Management & Control; Business Development & Advisory Services, Institutional System Design & Planning and Documentation Practices required for Institutional Strengthening and Capacity Building in both public and private sectors in Ghana. Among companies whose assignments Philip has handled single-handedly are those in the manufacturing, construction, transport, education, information technology, beauty care, advertising, wood processing, food & beverages, leasing and insurance, financial sectors in Ghana. Philip is a Chartered Accountant. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting from the University of Ghana (1985) and a Master’s degree in International Relations (with a major in Management) from the International University of Japan, Niigata, Japan (1991). He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana) (1994).
Henry Tetteh Ahorlu
(Accounting & Financial Systems Expert)
Mr. Ahorlu has worked with the Volta River Authority (VRA) for thirty-five years spanning from 1981 to 2016, working in various positions in finance and accounting department, including Area Finance Manager, Acting Project Manager, Principal Finance Officer, Senior Finance Officer, Finance Officer and Asst. Finance Officer. While at VRA, Mr Ahorlu participated in formulating Policies and Procedures in the Finance and Materials Management Departments, and therefore gained valuable experiences in Treasury Management, Budget preparation, Disbursement, Performance Monitoring and Reporting, Financial Analysis, Human Resources, Payroll Administration. Over the period, Mr. Ahorlu developed the expertise in strategic management - setting Objectives; Planning; Formulating strategies; and their implementation with the focus on report reviews and line of actions. In addition, He has also managed human resources, working a project supervisor for subordinates on project planning jobs, ensuring that there are feedback mechanisms as part of the project monitoring and evaluations mechanism. Mr. Ahorlu has to his credit, excellent knowledge and considerable experience in managing the Finance and Accounting functions of the organization and preparation of the statutory accounting statements and reports. As well as knowledge of External and Internal audit procedures and processes, in addition to the management and supervision of staff along well established corporate performance management processes and staff appraisal mechanism. With regards to specific systems and procedures, Mr. Ahorlu has considerable experience in Management and Implementation of Financial Systems (like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Job Costing, Materials Management Software, Human Resource and Payroll). As well as for systems in the management of Stores Accounting and Stock Management and Reporting. Mr. Ahorlu is holder of a Post Graduate Certificate in Management (Henley College London. UK) and BSc. Administration (with Accounting Option) from the University of Ghana Legon-Accra, Ghana.
Moses Duphey
(Environmental Impact Assement Expert)
Mr. Duphey has an excellent and vast environmental management and protection working experience spanning over twenty-three years. His working experience with the Environmental Protection Agency of Ghana (EPA) offered him invaluable insight into the procedures and requirements for successful environmental permit applications. Moses has conducted over sixty Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) including environmental and social impact assessments (ESIA) for the World Bank, International Finance Corporation (IFC), The Netherlands Finance Corporation (FMO), The European Development Bank, Danish Development Agency (Danida), BURGEAP International, France as well as Government of Ghana. Others include Volta River Authority Resettlement Trust Fund; the West African Gas Pipeline Project, Trassaco Estate Housing Project, Accra; and the St Jude Resources Mining Concession at Hwini Butre and Mpohor Concessions, Western Region. Moses was the consultant for the Environmental Management Systems for the billion-dollar Obajana Cement project in Kogi State, Nigeria funded by IFC, FMO and European Development Bank. He is currently an International advisor on Environmental and Social responsibility to IFC, FMO and the Obajana Cement Plc.
Festus Quansar
(Land, Fixed Assets & property Evaluation Expert)
Mr. Duphey has an excellent and vast environmental management and protection working experience spanning over twenty-three years.
